Scottie Scheffler and South Korea’s Tom Kim had a tense exchange as the United States cruised to a 5-0 lead over the International team in the Presidents Cup.
World number one Scottie Scheffler, teamed with Russell Henley, secured a 3&2 victory over South Korea’s Tom Kim and Im Sung-jae, helping the U.S. dominate the opening fourballs in Canada.
But the real drama came on the par-three seventh when Kim drained a thrilling 27-foot birdie, erupting with a fist-pump and a loud "Let’s go!"
Not to be outdone, Scheffler sank his own birdie to tie the hole, turning to Kim and firing back with a playful but intense, “What was that?” The exchange added a fiery twist to Team USA's sweeping 5-0 start.
