Saudi 2034 Vision Features 350-Meter High Stadium.

Saudi Arabia has proposed building 11 stadiums for its 2034 World Cup bid, including one that will be 350 meters above ground.

The proposed stadium in Neom, a future city in north-west Saudi Arabia, will be 350 meters above ground and accessible only by high-speed lifts and driverless vehicles. This arena is part of "The Line" project, aimed at diversifying the economy beyond oil, and is expected to host a quarter-final match.

Saudi Arabia's bid is uncontested, with a deadline to finalize plans by October. Of the 11 planned stadiums, eight will be in Riyadh, including the 92,760-seat King Salman International Stadium, which will host the opening match and the final.

Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Abha will also hold matches.

The 2034 World Cup will be the first expanded tournament with 48 teams hosted by a single country. The official host will be announced by FIFA on December 11.
