Neil Robertson captured his second English Open title by defeating China's Wu Yize in an exciting final.
Australian Neil Robertson stormed to a commanding 7-1 lead at the interval in the best-of-17-frame match in Brentwood, Essex.
However, when play resumed, China's Wu Yize turned the tide, claiming six of the next seven frames to close the gap to 8-7.
Just when it seemed the momentum had fully shifted, Robertson found his rhythm again and clinched the title with a final score of 9-7, securing his second English Open crown after his victory in 2021.
