Rai Claims First PGA Tour Victory as Greyserman Stumbles in Final Round.

England’s Aaron Rai secured his first PGA Tour victory at the Wyndham Championship, winning by two shots after leader Max Greyserman stumbled in the final moments.

Aaron Rai, 29, pulled off a remarkable comeback at the Wyndham Championship to claim his first PGA Tour title.
Trailing by four shots on the back nine, Rai shot a stunning final-round 64 to finish at 18-under-par and secure victory.

Max Greyserman appeared poised for a win after an eagle on the 13th hole, but a disastrous quadruple bogey on the 14th, followed by four putts on the 16th, dashed his hopes. He finished at 16-under.

Despite challenging weather forcing golfers to play 36 holes on the final day, Rai remained composed. "I felt pretty calm and stuck to what we do well," he said, describing the victory as "truly a dream come true." Rai’s win moves him to 25th in the FedEx Cup standings.
