Raheem Sterling agrees to join Chelsea.

Chelsea officially confirmed and announced to sign Manchester City's forward Raheem Sterling.

Raheem Sterling is set to leave Manchester City this summer after agreeing personal terms with Chelsea.

Chelsea officials are in a quick move for the transfer of Raheem Sterling and hoping to finalize the fee for the transfer.

Sterling has been a City player since 2015 and has scored 131 goals in 339 games for the current champions of England.

Forward Raheem Sterling, who has 77 England caps, will become Chelsea's first major signing in this summer window transfer.
