Novak Djokovic wins court case, Australian judge reinstates Djokovic's visa

Novak Djokovic is fighting for deportation and cancellation of his visa in Australia's federal circuit and family court.

Where an Australian judge ordered his release from detention.

His visa was canceled last week because he had not been vaccinated, which has now been reinstated.

Public prosecutor Christopher Tran told the judge after the verdict that the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Overseas Services and Multicultural Affairs, Alex Hawke, "would consider whether to exercise personal power of revocation".

This would mean that Djokovic could face relegation again and miss the Australian Open, which starts on January 17.
