New Zealand thrashed Sri Lanka with a dominating 9 wickets victory in the second T20 match.

New Zealand displayed a dominating performance and claimed nine wickets victory over Sri Lanka in the second T20 match in Dunedin.

The Kiwis won the toss and opted to field first. The Kiwis bowled out Sri Lankans at 141 runs. Kusal Perera, Dhananjaya de Silva, and Charith Asalanka contributed 35, 37, and 24 runs respectively at University Oval, Dunedin.

Adam Milne demolished the Sri Lankans by claiming five wickets haul.

In reply, Tim Seifert's incredible unbeaten 79 runs of 43 balls guided the Kiwis to secure victory in the second T20. They achieved the target in just 14.4 overs by losing just one wicket.

Now the series is tied between New Zealand and Sri Lanka by 1-1. The final T20 match will be the decider match of the ongoing three-match T20 series.
