Premiership clubs are scheduled to meet this week to decide whether to prevent Saracens' general manager, Phil Morrow, from joining the England coaching staff.
England coach Steve Borthwick is keen to bring the highly regarded Phil Morrow on board to lead his strength and conditioning department, filling the role left vacant by Aled Walters.
However, Morrow is under a long-term contract with Saracens, and the club has stated they will only allow him to join the England setup in a unique job-sharing arrangement. This situation has raised concerns among rival clubs about potential conflicts of interest.
Despite these challenges, Saracens boss Mark McCall is optimistic that a compromise can be reached, ensuring Morrow can contribute to both the club and the national team without any issues.
