Indian Shuttler HS Prannoy in his aggressive form defeated Japan's World no.14 Kanta Tsuneyama in straight sets and advanced into the semi-finals of Malaysia Masters 2022.
Prannoy knocked out Tsuneyama with 25-23, 22-20 in the 60-minute men's singles quarterfinal clash.
Unseeded Prannoy is the only Indian left in the tournament, will face Hong Kong's eighth seeded Ng Ka Long Angus in the semi-finals of Malaysia Masters 2022 Badminton.
