Liam Livingstone powered England to a series-tying victory, scoring a brilliant 87 off 47 balls in their three-wicket win over Australia in the second T20.
Liam Livingstone celebrated his 50th T20I in style, taking 2-16 with the ball and smashing six fours and five sixes to score his second T20I half-century. He and Jacob Bethell, in only his second game, shared a 90-run partnership as England chased down 194 with six balls left in Cardiff.
Bethell played a steady role before exploding against Adam Zampa, hitting 20 runs in an over and finishing with 44 off 24 balls.
After Bethell's dismissal, Livingstone guided England, departing only when scores were tied. Despite Matthew Short's impressive 5-22, England secured the win.
Jake Fraser-McGurk led Australia's batting with his first international fifty, supported by Josh Inglis' 42, as they posted 193-6.
England equaled the highest successful chase at Sophia Gardens, forcing a series decider at Old Trafford on Sunday.
