Lewis Hill agreed to a new deal with Leicestershire.

County Club, Leicestershire is excited to announce that their skipper, Lewis Hill has agreed to sign a new extended deal with the club.

The newly signed contract will keep Lewis Hill in the club until the 2025 season.

Hill made his first-team debut back in July 2012 and has gone on to establish himself as a reliable source of runs in all formats.

He has made 64 first-class appearances for Leicestershire, scoring 3,078 runs at 31.40, and has started the 2023 season in hot form, first captaining his side to a historic victory over Yorkshire.

Later made a remarkable knock of 162 not out – his sixth first-class century – against Derbyshire.

Hill has made a further 46 List A appearances for the club, scoring 1,139 runs at 28.47, while in 79 T20 outings, he has scored 971 runs at a strike rate of 125.45.
