Las Vegas Golden Knights displayed a sensational performance to claim an emphatic 6-0 win against Dallas Stars and secured their spot in the finals of the ongoing Stanley Cup.
It took three tries, but the Golden Knights finally finished off the Dallas Stars and did so in completely dominant fashion, securing the all-important fourth win of the series at American Airlines Center.
The win helped the Golden Knights clinch the Western Conference to advance to the Stanley Cup Final for the second time in franchise history. Vegas will face the Florida Panthers.
William Karlsson scored two goals while William Carrier, Keegan Kolesar and Michael Amadio each had a goal and an assist for the Knights, and Jonathan Marchessault had a goal.
Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final against Florida will be Saturday night in Las Vegas.
Vegas led the Western Conference in the regular season with 51 wins and 111 points.
