Korda Takes the Lead Over Hull After Round Two at Women's Open.

Nelly Korda holds a three-shot lead after a flawless 68 in the second round of the Women's Open at St Andrews.

American Nelly Korda is eight-under for the week, with England's Charley Hull and defending champion Lilia Vu close behind.

Korda, a two-time major winner, made birdies at the 5th and 9th holes, then sank long putts on the 17th and 18th to extend her lead. "I didn't fully capitalize on the calmer conditions during my front nine, but I played solid golf overall," Korda said.

Charley Hull, chasing her first major title, followed her first-round 67 with a level-par 72.

After bogeying the second hole, she made three birdies in five holes but lost ground with bogeys at the 10th and 14th, leaving her at seven-under heading into the weekend.
