Hull FC Fall to Catalans in Houghton's Farewell Match.

Catalans Dragons wrapped up their Super League season with a victory over Hull FC, marking the farewell of legendary hooker Danny Houghton.

The Dragons entered the match at MKM Stadium already out of playoff contention, but their win allowed them to finish seventh, just ahead of Leeds Rhinos.

Hull FC, aiming to avoid a third straight heavy defeat, managed to stay above the bottom-placed London Broncos on points difference.

The match held extra significance as it marked the 451st and final appearance of hometown hero Danny Houghton, who is retiring after a 17-year career entirely with the Black and Whites.

Longtime teammate Carlos Tuimavave also played his last game, having been part of the squad that won the Challenge Cup in 2016 and 2017.

Hull came into the game after conceding 58 points to Salford at home and 68 to Leeds the previous week.
