Australian Kaden Groves triumphed in stage 14 of the Vuelta a España, overtaking green jersey wearer Wout van Aert in an uphill finish.
Meanwhile, Ben O'Connor kept his overall lead intact, staying ahead of Primoz Roglic.
Belgian Wout van Aert, leading the points classification, lost the final sprint in stage 14 of the Vuelta a España, a 200.5km mountainous route from Villafranca del Bierzo to Villablino.
Primoz Roglic faced a setback with a puncture, threatening to undo his progress from stage 13.
However, his teammate Dani Martinez saved the day by swapping bikes with him, allowing Roglic to catch up and remain 1 minute 21 seconds behind Ben O'Connor in the overall standings.
