Gridiron Glory Unveiled: NFL 2024 Season Schedule Released!

Get ready for an action-packed season as the NFL has just revealed the complete schedule for the 2024 season! Excitement is brewing as teams gear up for thrilling matchups, and all eyes are on the Kansas City Chiefs as they aim to make history this year.

February was a memorable month for the Chiefs—they clinched their third Super Bowl victory in just five years, marking their second consecutive NFL title.

This impressive streak hadn't been seen since the New England Patriots' back-to-back wins in 2004 and 2005, but no team has yet secured three consecutive Super Bowl wins.

The NFL recently gave fans a taste of what's to come by unveiling a few matchups ahead of Wednesday's full schedule release.

With that out, quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs now have a clear picture of their opponents and game dates as they set their sights on Super Bowl 59.

When Does the NFL Kickoff Signal the Start of the Football Season?

The NFL season kicks off on the first full weekend of September, a tradition that sees the Super Bowl champions open the new season on that Thursday. This year, the Chiefs will face off against the Baltimore Ravens on September 5, in a rematch of last year's AFC Championship game—a thrilling prelude to the Super Bowl.

On September 6, the NFL makes history with its first game in Brazil, followed by a full lineup of games on September 8. The regular season spans 18 weeks, with each team playing 17 games, wrapping up on January 5, 2025.

Fans can mark their calendars for an exciting matchup between the Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers on October 20, a rematch from last season's Super Bowl showdown.
