Greek Pole Vaulter Polak Faces Suspension Amid Doping Allegations.

Greek pole vaulter Eleni-Klaoudia Polak has been provisionally suspended from the Paris Olympics after failing a doping test, according to the International Olympic Committee.

Greek pole vaulter Eleni-Klaoudia Polak, 27, has been provisionally suspended after failing a doping test. She competed in the qualification round on Monday, clearing 4.20m but failing to reach the final.

Greece's anti-doping agency notified the Greek Olympic Committee (HOC) of the violation, leading to Polak's expulsion from the athletes' village. Polak, who also competed in Tokyo 2020, denies any wrongdoing, attributing the result to her diet.

Other athletes, including Iraqi judoka Sajjad Sehen, Afghan judoka Mohammad Samim Faizad, and Nigerian boxer Cynthia Ogunsemilore, have also tested positive for banned substances in Paris.
