England Defense Coach Jones Steps Down After Just Seven Months.

England defense coach Felix Jones has resigned, becoming the latest key figure to leave Steve Borthwick's team.

Felix Jones's departure follows the recent exit of strength and conditioning expert Aled Walters, who joined Ireland.

Although Jones has a 12-month notice period in his Rugby Football Union contract, he has resigned after just seven months in the role.

Jones joined England's coaching team after the last World Cup, having previously helped South Africa win back-to-back titles.

The Rugby Football Union has not commented on his resignation, but his departure is a significant setback, especially following Walters' exit.

Jones and Walters, who previously worked together at Munster and South Africa, are known to be close.
