DSM's Lorena Wiebes clinch stage five for second victory in Tour de France Femmes.

Team DSM's Lorena Wiebes scripted her second victory by winning the stage five of Tour de France Femmes 2022 as her compatriot Marianne Vos retained the overall race lead and the yellow jersey.

The fifth stage of the race is of 175.6km track and is the longest single day of racing on the women's calendar this season as the rider rode from Bar-Le-Duc to Saint-Die-des-Vosges.

Dutch cyclist Lorena Wiebes, riding for Team DSM, clinch the victory in 4hrs 32min 16sec, with Balsamo in second place and overall race leader Vos of Jumbo-Visma in third place.

Marianne Vos maintains her lead at the top, Silvia Persico of Italy in second and Poland's Katarzyna Niewiadoma settled with the third spot in overall ranking.
