Former Olympic sprinter Donna Fraser has been appointed as the Professional Cricketers' Association's director of equality, diversity and inclusion.
Fraser recently acted as head of inclusion and engagement at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham as well as she was included in a British Athletics programme which acts to tackle racial inequality in the sport.
She became the first person to act in the role of a director of equality, diversity and inclusion.
