De Bruyne Expresses Frustration: 'Belgium Must Improve'.

Kevin De Bruyne said Belgium needs to "improve in every aspect" following their decisive loss to France in the Nations League on Monday.

Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne said he told his teammates "what went wrong" during a heated half-time discussion after Belgium’s loss to France in the Nations League.

Belgium, now third in League A Group 2 with three points, had started the competition with a 3-1 win against Israel, where De Bruyne scored twice.

Reflecting on the team’s current state, De Bruyne admitted they're not as strong as in 2018, when they reached the World Cup semi-finals, but said, "Some things are unacceptable," without going into detail.

"If we're not good enough to reach the top level anymore, we still need to give everything. If not, it's over."
