Cross's Four-Wicket Haul Powers Superchargers to Dominant Win Over Originals.

Kate Cross claimed four wickets as Northern Superchargers defeated Manchester Originals by 46 runs at Headingley, moving into second place in The Hundred's women’s competition.

Phoebe Litchfield (43) and Annabel Sutherland (44) played crucial innings to help Northern Superchargers post 138-4. Lauren Filer shone for the Originals with 2-16.

Laura Wolvaardt’s quick 19 gave the Originals a strong start, but the Superchargers' sharp fielding and precise bowling soon took control.

Alice Davidson-Richards made a stunning over-the-shoulder catch to dismiss Fi Morris, and Kate Cross added to her four-wicket haul (4-20) with a brilliant run-out of Emma Lamb, marking her first four-wicket performance in The Hundred.

Despite a late surge from Filer, who top-scored for the Originals with 20 off eight balls, the Superchargers secured a 46-run victory.
