Chelsea have made a formal approach to Manchester City over the possible signing of England forward, Raheem Sterling.

The 27-year-old, Raheem, has 12 months remaining on his current contract with Manchester City. No formal bid has yet been made for the attacking midfielder of Premier League club Manchester City.

Hopefully Chelsea will have to pay City more than what the champions will be receiving from Arsenal for £45m man Gabriel Jesus. It is expected that Sterling’s transfer fee will be more than £55m.

Sterling has scored 131 goals in 339 games and 13 goals in 30 Premier League appearances last season. He won his fourth league title and ninth major honor in seven seasons with City.
