Annemiek van Vleuten seize the yellow jersey winning stage seven of Tour de France Femmes.

Annemiek Van Vleuten stunned her rivals as she stormed to a thrilling solo victory and seized the yellow jersey for the first time by winning the stage seven of Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.

The 39-year-old, Van Vleuten came into her aggressive form on the first climb of the day with 70km remaining and finally she edged out chaser Demi Vollering (SD Worx), who finished second. Van Vleuten wins the stage ahead of Demi Vollering by 3 minutes 26 seconds.

Vollering (SD Worx) finish the stage 3 minutes and 26 seconds behind Van Vleuten and grab second place overall.

Poland's Katarzyna Niewiadoma finished third overall, 4 minutes and 33 seconds behind.
