Andrey Rublev fought back from a set down for the second match in succession to claim his maiden Masters 1000 title after cruising past Holger Rune in a three-set final in Monte Carlo.
Andrey Rublev rallied from 4-1 down in the final set to smash out Holger Rune by 5-7, 6-2, 7-5 in the Monte Carlo Masters to claim his maiden Masters title of his career.
It was Rublev's third attempt in a Masters final after failing at the final hurdle here in Monte Carlo and in Cincinnati in 2021.
