Mark Allen and Neil Robertson have moved on to the third round of the British Open, taking place at the Centaur in Cheltenham.

Mark Allen, hailing from Northern Ireland, secured a convincing 4-1 victory against Ireland's Aaron Hill. 

Meanwhile, Australia’s Neil Robertson matched that scoreline, defeating Scotland's Chris Totten in a thrilling match on Tuesday afternoon.

Fresh off his win at the English Open just two days earlier, Robertson quickly established dominance, taking an early lead with impressive breaks of 100 and 99. 

Although Totten managed to respond with a strong 79, Robertson maintained his composure, firing back with an 86 and a 53 to seal the match. 

This victory marks a significant moment in Robertson’s comeback after a challenging couple of years, as he continues to regain his form.
