The 2022 FIBA Asia Cup starts on Tuesday (12th July, 2022) in Jakarta, Indonesia, with 16 teams from Asia and Oceania competing.
Philippines men are in Group D along with Lebanon, India and New Zealand.
The top scorer team of the group advances directly to the quarterfinals, while the No. 2 and No. 3 teams will play in a one-game knockout qualification for the quarterfinals.
The Philippine men's squad will face Lebanon on Wednesday (13th July, 2022) night at the start of Group D action of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Asia Cup at the Istora Stadium in Jakarta.
