Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland placed joint bid to host Women's European Championship in 2025.

The Nordic nations, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland has formally placed a joint bid to host UEFA Women's European Championship in 2025. The following bid is supported by the Faroe Islands and Iceland.

If the bid becomes successful, then it would be the first major tournament in Europe to be staged in four different countries.

The Nordic bid claims that it is set to be the biggest edition of the UEFA Women's Euro with 800,000 tickets made available and the final to be staged at the 50,000-capacity Friends Arena in Stockholm, the largest stadium in the region.

Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki are the respective capitals of Denmark, Norway and Finland, would also stage games, along with the cities of Odense (Denmark), Gothenburg (Sweden), Trondheim (Norway) and Tampere (Finland).
