Ireland Cricket Team has to suffer a huge blow with the injury of Craig Young. Craig has been an important contender of Irish team for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.
Young has suffered a recurrence of a chronic hip injury for which he has been ruled out of Ireland's T20 World Cup squad.
Waringstown pace bowler Graham Hume has been called up to the Ireland squad for the T20 World Cup to replace the injured Craig Young.
Hume made his international debut against New Zealand in July and followed that up with his T20 debut against Afghanistan a month later, and now he will represent his country at the World Cup.
Ireland will begin their T20 World Cup 2022 campaign against Zimbabwe on Sunday, 17 October.
