Spurs Ignite Europa League Journey with Dominant Win Over Qarabag.

Tottenham kicked off their Europa League run with a strong win against Qarabag, even after being reduced to 10 men just seven minutes into the game.

Kick-off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was delayed by 35 minutes due to travel disruptions. Spurs faced an early setback when Radu Dragusin received a straight red for a last-man foul on Juninho as he charged toward goal.

Despite being down a man, Brennan Johnson scored just five minutes later after capitalizing on a defensive mistake from Qarabag, slotting it into the bottom corner with help from Dominic Solanke. It was Johnson's third goal in three games.

In the 52nd minute, Pape Sarr extended Spurs' lead, smashing home a loose ball at the far post.
