Great Britain clinched their maiden team gold at European Artistic Gymnastics Championships.

Great Britain has comfortably claimed their maiden women's team gold with a total score of 164.428 at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships 2023 in Antalya, Turkey.

That's the first time that Great Britain women have achieved the accolade in their history.

Defending champions Italy bag silver while the Netherlands claim bronze ahead of Hungary.

Led by reigning world champion Jessica Gadirova, the British team edged home after the final rotation with a total score of 164.428 to pip Italy to gold.

Jessica Gadirova, who was joined by team-mates Ondine Achampong, Becky Downie, Alice Kinsella, and Georgia-Mae Fenton feels great after claiming their first-ever title as a team.

Italy had a combined 161.629 points while the Netherlands came third with 158.896 points.
