Jonas Eidevall declared that Arsenal's season "starts now" following their qualification for the Women's Champions League group stage.
Eidevall's team scored four goals to overturn a first-leg deficit against BK Hacken. After losing 1-0 in Sweden, they secured a decisive victory at Meadow Park.
England's Beth Mead netted a stunning goal, and substitute Frida Maanum added a late strike, making for a comfortable win.
Midfielder Lia Walti and summer signing Mariona Caldentey both scored in the first half as BK Hacken struggled to respond.
"One part of the season starts now, and I'm really happy about that," Eidevall said. He noted the team's growth and emphasized that they must stay focused. "We are in all four competitions we aimed for, and we need to make the most of it. We built this squad to compete, and we’re ready for these challenges."
